Been born in 1930 like stamps and blades sharpening and construction, the V.V.S. quickly it has been developed with the realization of equipment machines that were in a position to radically replacing the systems of working of the salami factories of the age, remained remarkablly rear regarding technical evolutions already present in other industrial fields. In the optical of a technological search regarding the quantitative and above all qualitative improvement of the production, the V.V.S. has been quickly developed to make itself an important space in the field with its systems for the production of sausages.
The V.V.S. has developed to its production curing in particular way the accident-prevention and hygienic aspect in the respect of the strictest international norms. Examinee the production in particular, it numbers 18 various models of meat grinder, this to adjust itself to the various requirements of the customers. It is spaced from the manual meat grinders for small systems, until arriving to the automatic triple head grinder for frozen, able of a continuous production of 4.500 kg/H of milled meat to 0,9 mm for the production of mortadella to of wurstel.
The range of the produced machines extends then to the screw-type dicer, the premixer, to the shredders, available in various models, to second of the production that is desired to obtain, to the mixers, from the small from 250 kg. to largest from 2.500 kg., to the vacuum sausage-filler for salami and martadellas.
The V.V.S. is also available to the study of particular systems following the specific requirements of the customer.
